Sippin’ on Syltbar

The day I discovered Syltbar was the day my dreams came true. As someone who appreciates a nice glass of Rosé a little more (ok- a lot more) than most but also suffers from migraines, you can imagine how elated I was to find a brand whose Prosecco and Rosé contains no added sugar. Absolute game changer.

The reasons to swoon over Syltbar are endless. First, they offer something for everyone. Their Premium Prosecco also known as “Mr.” is made of Glera Grape from San Simone, Friuli Italy (I may be a little biased but anything that originates in Italy is usually top of the line in my book.) It pairs ever so perfectly with seafood and is best served at 45-48 degrees in white wine glass… or right from the bottle 😉

Their Sparkling Rosé, also known as, “Mrs.” (also known as heaven in a bottle,) is made of Merlot Grape. It is recommended to enjoy with ham, fried seafood, white fish carpaccio and fried artichokes. I personally enjoyed it paired with a beach sunset.

Since there is no sugar added to either drink, the calorie count is also something to happy dance over. The Mr. only contains 49 calories and the Mrs. Contains 63 calories per 6 oz. glass. Do you know what that means? You should have 2 glasses…or 3!

While I do have a sweet tooth, I found that the Rosé had the perfect amount of sweetness. I didn’t have to worry about migraines or deadly sugar hangovers. They simply taste like luxury.

Syltbar can be found at many of your favorite restaurants including Eataly, The Capital Grille and Wolfgang’s as well as at Whole Foods and many popular hotels. Needless to say, Syltbar Rosé and Prosecco will be my go-to premium beverage this summer!
